Touch Canterbury

Last term I was selected to play for Touch Canterbury in two tournaments one was in Nelson and one was in Christchurch, and last week we went to Nelson it was such a long trip and when I got there me and my dad were an 5 hours early so we went down to the bar and played some pool and I won. After the bar we went back to the camp and by that time I was allowed to get in my cabin. I had Saul, Tyrone and Harrison, after everyone arrived we went to the park that we were playing on and made Touch Canterbury with our body, it look really cool. When we got back we had dinner, that night it was burgers. But after dinner we had to go to bed our cabin was up till 10:30 at night. In the morning we had breakfast and then set off to have a quick warm up at the grounds. There was a lot of teams there some from the West Coast and Nelson. Our first game was again's Marlborough I scored 2 tries and our team won 8 - 2. After Marlborough it was Nelson and we lose 8 - 0 which was sad. But even more sad is that was our day done. Once everyone from Touch Canterbury had finished we all walked back to our camp site. After playing a game of tag we had dinner it was sausages. But it wasn't the greatest so I went to my dads cabin and asked for some food. He said yeah sure and gave me some steak and scrabbled eggs while watching the Houston Rockets beat the Golden State Warriors in basketball. After that I went back my cabin and we had a party for some reason. I ended up sleeping on the floor. In the morning I realised it was our last day there. But before we went to play our game we all watched a little bit of the All Blacks vs Ireland. We all walked down together it was so quit everyone was really nervous and so was I. As we started to warm up Milly one of our good players started to cry because she was so nervous that she would stuff it up. The game had began and we were vising Marlborough the same team as yesterday we bet them 8 - 1. Our next team was Nelson and yes it is the same team as yesterday again This was like a final they tapped off and they had score 4 tries to 0 we had to get a try. What do you know we had scored and that didn't stop they score then we scored but in the end they won and we losses. I hoped you enjoy my blog post.
