Week 7 blog post
Hello,
Yesterday the people that qualified for zones in swimming went for a practice at QE11. As you know I love swimming and the first thing we did was just a warm up it was 6 lengths of what ever stroke you were doing for zones and in that case it was freestyle for me. I started to get pretty tiring at the last length but I knew I just needed to push harder. The next thing we did was practice what ever we think we need to work on and for me it was my tumble turns and my dives. I started on my tumble turns and our coach/teacher Maree Scott said that they were really good and my dives were perfect.
