This week I would like to show you my step out writing from a long time ago. This story is about the three little pigs. Have you every done a step out writing ?  The red bad wolf One day there was a big red wolf his name was Bob he grew up in a pig's house and saw his mum and dad die by six fat pigs. They broke into their house ate them up in one gulp. But not Bob, he got out of the cage and fought the pigs and he won but his family died. So he set off to find his uncle that live in wolf country ( that's where there are no pigs). But first he has to get out of pig country and that's when he found a tunnel so he followed it to the end. Finally he got there and he found one pig had  made his house out of straw so he said little pig little pig let me in. But the little pig said not by the hair of my chin chin chin. So he sang a song I will huffed and he puffed and he blow the house down and I will have a cup of tea with you and the little pig said see ya I am going to ...

This week I did some more writing on game of awesome. My focus this week was to use more paragraphs and next term I will do another paragraph on my blog. Do you now when it is the end of a paragraph? Steel Bars James had a job as an engineer, builder and a superhero but no one knew that. James knows how bad his brother can be and he hates taking down his brother John but he has to or John is going to take over the world . But one day John goes too far killing someone that James knows so he has no choice but to take him down and make sure he does not get out of prison. So he set off to find John and now James is the only one who can stop him. It was a long trip travelling from the UK to Australia but James got there, he went to his mum and dad's house but he couldn’t find them. He started to get worried and concerned that perhaps John had got to them first.  He started to call them but they will not pick up the phone and after a while he said to himself I have to go and ...

On Wednesday we had our school athletics I can't wait to tell you all about it I got....... first in my long jump,  first in my shot put,  4th in my high jump  first in my discusc After that we got to have a break and then my had lunch and morning tea. After that I had sprints and long distance I got......  second in my 50m  second in my 80m  First in my long distance  I am now going to zones and that is the next step from school. I had such a good day I can't wait till next year.

This week for my SUW ( which stands for Silent  Uninterrupted Writing )  I rote Steel Bars if you don't get it , the first paragraph go to my other post and you will see it the first paragraph because it is one is my second paragraph. On Monday, we had Top Team. Top Team is where you have lots of different challenges in groups. My favourite challenge was number 1. You had to pour cups into the pipes. But in the pipe there were holes. You and your team mates had to block the holes with your fingers. But at the same time you got soaked and that's why it was my favourite. I loved Top Team and I hope they come back next year. Here are some photos.

This week we did a game call the Game of awesome and this is my story I hope you like it. For Maori language week I put my first paragraph in Maori and at the bottom I will put the translate in English. This week we had to share a blog like we do every week 😀 This week I chose my long lost story the box that I started back in term 2. I have being working on paragraphs. Do you know how to use paragraphs ? 😀😀😀😀 THE BOX   Ding dong, Ding dong I got out of my bed and checked the time it was 1:00pm so I woke up Max, Sam and James (my quad triple brothers ). We crept down stairs and opened the door and there was a big black box at the door. We tried to open it but the tape on the box was stuck so we bought it inside. We decided to go and get mum and dad but mum and dad were gone! We began to panic so I had to calm them down I said ‘pull yourself together!!!!’ Now we have to look for clues I said hey look! There is our first clue what does it say it said dear Max, Reuben and Sam when you see this I will be in Russia go into the kitchen and you will find another clue read it and you will see and also bring the big black box that you will have at the door Love mum and dad....

This is the next paragraph of wonder woman . I hope you enjoy. I have been working on paragraphs. Do you know how to use paragraphs ? The next morning she wakes up and it’s time for school she quickly gets out of bed and she realise that she was in her school gear already and she didn’t feel hungry at all. So she start to go to school she then realised that the time was 8:59. She started to run and about 5 seconds later she was there. Wonder start to wonder about how she got there so fast. Wonder sat in her chair and started to listening to Miss Jean she said hello class SF we will be doing the hardest test of your life to day just saying the record for this test is 1 day and a half. Everybody groaned, when Miss Jean finally handed the test out she said tell me when you finish your test. We all begin in about 2 seconds later I say done. Miss Jean was so amazed she run out the door and went to the other teachers and started to tell the teachers what happen.

Last Wednesday we had to write a character description. I have posted the other paragraph last week I hope you like it. I tried to do complex sentences. What do you like about my writing ? Wonder woman One day there was a girl called Wonder. Wonder loved school and she was the most talented and most popular girl there. Until that fateful day when she got home from school and found the police were there talking to her grandma. The police said that her mum and dad died in a head on car crash and then she had run outside screaming. The police finally found her up in her tree house looking throw some photo’s of her mum and dad. She was then forced to stay with her grandma and granddad who lived in another part of town which meant that she had to go to another school and make more friends which was never going to be easy. On her first day of school she sat down in her chair and everyone started to laughing because she got the seat that had bubblegum stuck onto it. Luck...

This week we have been doing team building tasks. That is when we leaning how to work as a team. 1. Our first task was to make anything out of raw noodles and tiny marshmallows. I was with Matthew, Chortle H, Harriet M and Ben. Our group got first.  2. Stretcher - For this task we had to make a stretcher out of paper, tape and string and then after we had to transport five bit's of books and a full cup of water.  3. Our third one was we had 1 meter of tape and 1 big piece of paper and you had to make a chain. Our chain was the longest and we won. 4. Cup stacking - with this task you had to stack 6 cups without using your hands. Instead we had to use 6 bit's of sting and a rubber band. We were the first team to first finish. This is some thing I did in writing that I enjoyed. How it works is you look at a fairy tale and then step it out. I hope you like it. The next short story Little blue riding hood One day in a land not so far away there lived a little girl called little blue riding hood. She was so naughtiest person in her class she would never listen and one day she had to go and see her grandma because her mum and dad were going to neverland and she had to stay somewhere so they decided to go to her grandma house. Her mum said watch out for the big bad wolf. But she didn’t listen and she set off to go and see her grandma. But then suddenly a wolf appeared and he said where are you going in a hurry?  I am going to see my grandma she said and he said great idea little girl, he licked his lips and said what a shame you won’t get to see her!!! And with the lick of his the wolf ate her up in one big gulp. what have we learned?  That it is important to listen to your mum and dad or so...

This leaning is something that I do in Literacy to inspire us we have to play a game called the game of awesome I hope you enjoy. Three Little Dare Devils Once upon a time there was these three little brothers. They always loved to play games and they loved all sports but rugby was the sport that they would play for hours and never get bored of it. When they could not play rugby they would play games like hid and go seek, their favourite game was I DARE YOU, how you play is you have to say I dare you and that means that you have to dare someone to do something. So one day they were playing I DARE YOU with their best friend Josh and he said I dare you to go up to the volcano and throw rocks into it and make fun of it. But what they didn’t know was something there Mum and Dad said whatever you do, do not make fun of any mountain because the great will bust out his lava and the lava will come and get you but the three boys did not listen and they went up the mountain and made fun of ...

This week we had to share our hero presentation. So me and my friends Max, Logan and James chose Richie Mccaw. I hope you enjoy.
